Nothing. Just feeling low. I think my PD is progressing fast. Thinking of my family and a plan to follow.

What exercising do you do?

Treadmill. High intensity. 45 min. 5 times a week.

when you say it is progressing fast, what does that mean for you? When diagnosed and what symptoms do you have now?

6 months ago. It's progressing from my left side to the right one. The main symptom is stiffness and walking issues.

Sorry you are feeling bad. You are very young tho and it really does suck. Are you taking any meds and have you tried mannitol? Maybe if you experiment with meds and supplements you will find a combination that makes you feel better. Do you have a good neurologist?

Hope we can help you feel better! Something new I have been doing is helping a lot. My gate is better, tremors are somewhat better, and I didn't know I had lost part of my sense of smell until I started smelling more things again. I take a lot of supplements, but lately I have significantly increased exercise, started using Mannitol every day in my morning coffee (2 Tsp) and started taking Vitamin B1. My exercise is 30 minutes fast walking on the treadmill or a long dog walk (about 1 1/2 miles). Maybe one of these will help you.

The main problem I am having now is one foot goes numb after walking about a block, which makes it very difficult to walk. This does not seem to be a symptom of PD, so I think it may be caused by one of the herniated disks in my spine. This does not happen on the treadmill, but I am leaning slightly forward on the treadmill because the handrails are a little low for me. So maybe my position makes a difference. If anyone else has an idea of what could cause this let me know please.

Thank you, I do a treadmill exercise 5 times a week 45 minutes / high intensity / 152 target heart rate. Exercising make me feel better. That's good. I haven't tried vitamin b1 or mannitol yet but will ask my neurologist about them. Thank you very much and I hope you a life that's full of dopamine.

I don't think your neurologist may have heard of either. But Mannitol is big in Israel, so you should be able to get some.
