Dump the natural treatments and get her on some Prescription meds. That way you will know what to expect from the drugs good or bad. Her Doctor will know or should know what dose or med to try.

I recommend to visit Howard Shifke blog, you will learn about a Holistic approach.Read books by Joe Dispenza, Janice Hadlock. The cure is in her head and her thoughts.Lifestyle, exercise, diet, detox organism etc, that's the things she needs to change. The main thing in all this is Faith(pray every night and morning) and Knowledge.Stop with medication that's my advice all the best.
