The word would be "intolerant" unless you are having actual allergy symptoms. What are your symptoms?

I feel slow, jittery, eyes burning as if I have a fever, been coughing for about 3 months. After taking Sinemet, I almost feel worse than before,

Get to the doctor this does not sound like Parkinson's. My sister in law's husband's sister was sick with flu like symptoms for 3 or 4 months and when she went to the doctor she found out she had leukemia and and if the treatment fells she will die in less than a month.

Do you feel better after taking antihistamine ?

Are you taking Sinemet on an empty stomach ?

Are you sure it is not the Mirapex that is the problem ?

In answer , yes it is possible, very possible.

For example I can not tolerate any Staten medication and I am allergic to Requip. The allergy did not show much severity at first but after 12 years it became intolerable.

See a doctor, another possibility is their is an unrelated problem such as heart or kidney that the PD medication is making worse.

EDIT Bailey comment was not there when I wrote

Like he says dont mess around see a docter
