I hope you will call your doctor and let them know your symptoms. That seems like the thing to do. Good luck!

Telephone AND email (formalizing a succinct summary of your issue will serve as record of your contact and thus be less likely to land on Dr's 'back burner').

Dont muck around here. See a doctor now. Heart problems need checking. Do let us know how you get on.

Thanks for letting us know. Glad your heart checked out clear at least that is reassuring even if the cause hasnt yet been found.

This sounds similar to both mine and my father in-laws experience, but he was back in hospital 2 days later with heart attack.

My experience : I went to emerg. with burning sensation in chest and difficult to breath, and when I got there I was fine. They told me to arrange for a stress test which I did. Failed test so they told me to come back in two days and do a different test. That night burning sensation in chest, difficult breathing, sweating went back to hospital, different doctor. within 24 hours I had 3 stints installed in an artery that was 87% blocked.

Did you do a stress test ? make an appointment with your family GP right away.

If you start to sweat, have pain or burning sensation in chest, feel like you cant breath go back to emerg.

Look up Printzmetal angina, it's a heart spasm. Wearing a Holter monitor might pick it up, its nothing to mess around with. Stay on those doctors and call 911 if you feel concerned.
