Appropriate Thiamine dose when taking R Alpha Lipoic Acid

I just began using R ALA (600 mg) and Methylcobalamin (4 mg) to address peripheral neuropathy and it appears to be benefiting me. I read in a recent reply by Silvestrov that its important to supplement Thiamine when one takes R ALA. Silvestrov or anyone here that has experience taking Thiamine concurrently with R ALA please advise the appropriate dose of Thiamine per day.

Guess I will do what I always do start experimenting with various doses of thiamine until I find the right one for me. I currently take about a third of a milligram that is what is in the vitamin solution that I drink every morning
