Foot focal dystonia

I've been a runner for a very long time and I was just diagnosed with foot focal dystonia in my right foot. This is so debilitating, as I have a difficult time now even walking. Can anyone recommend forefront orthotics for inside of shoe or gel pads that stick to the bottom of my foot/shoe as a sensory stimulation to at least get the foot moving along? Has anyone had success with botox treatment? Thank you.

Not direct experience, but one member in my PD group tried it and has been very pleased with the results.
