Have a relative with Parkinson's. So started checking out in this forum.

I have always believed that dance would be the ultimate parky workout. I might have to say yes if Dancing With The Stars calls back.

Rock scrambling is my dance form. Sometimes I forget a step and have to relearn it - as he says "develop sysnapses that were not there before", or were lost.

Dance for PD is fabulous and is available online and On DVD as well.
