Cochonut oil treatment for PD SYMPtoms

I'm new here. I was diagnosed with PD 10 years ago. Currently I am on stalevol 100 mg every 3 hours and sifrol 0.18 mg 3 hourly. Can anyone tell me if I can take coconut oil with bread and honey?
