When i travel i just take my meds every four hours. I keep a watch on local time so not to get confused.

Last year I flew from UK to Portland (forWPC), and from there West to East across Canada by train before flying home. I dealt with the multiple time changes by wearing two watches. One 'alarm' watch was set to GMT for the whole trip, and I took pills at my usual times. I had a couple of night time doses which seemed a small inconvenience. Extra befit was virtually no jet lag on returning home.

Your body will tell you..... listen to your body. It usually takes a day or so, but doesn't pose too much of a problem once you convince your brain it is 6 hours later than it should be!

Use your count down function on your telephone (iphone)

Set the time-range between the taking your medicine (4 hours or 3,5 hours).

When you weak up in the morning take your first medicine and start the count down ,doe the same thing each time the alarm sounds.

This is total freedom and I never give it a thought when to take the medicine.

But never try to doe something else when the alarm goes.

Take the medicine and push start on your smarphone at once or you will for shore forget it.

I take medicine five times a day and i don't border at all with it.

Not what you're looking for?
