How do you do it? Do you ever get depressed? Are you married? I am amazed at how great you look! Happy Thanksgiving to you!!
Hi Matt, and a warm welcome. You sure have a bionic smile! This group is terrific -- I've found it to be a wealth of wisdom, information, support, kinship, and yes, even wit, and I hope you will too.
What a wonderful story of courage and perseverance,
that should inspire many PD sufferers, from a fellow
Brit.

Hi I started with a loss of balance where my legs seemed to collapse at the knees and i couldnt stand up straight I also had a dystonic pain in my shoulder . I also used to walk on my tiptoes with one foot having a spascity which made it turn in ( most uncomfortable )
Have you found any medication that helps loss of balance, sinemet.does not help me with
that problem.
You're encouragement for many. What type of exercise do you do?
hi, I try and get out and about as much as i can and engage with lots of different people . I guess that's mental exercise as much as anything but regarding physical exercise ....when i am off and struggling to stand the effort in doing that several times a day keeps me reasonably fit i guess
