I woke up one morning with a stiff, achy left shoulder. I s progression or could I have injured my shoulder some way. I have a left hand tremor. Just started Rock Steady boxing. Taking siminet 25/100 4x day. CBD oil at bedtime and one Mucuna. Anyone else had this symptom. Thanks

The shoulder is a very complex and vulnerable joint. It requires warming up stretching before any ballistic activity like boxing. I'd give it a week of rest with daily stretching and then slowly proceed with the boxing after warming up first.

I often wake up with stiff achy places. I have a yoga routine i do immediately after getting out of bed. It really helps.
