Sometimes you never know how bad you've been feeling until you start feeling better.

The Azilect and Sinemet has turned my life around. I didn't know how much I hurt until it stopped hurting. I didn't know how stiff I was until I loosened up. I didn't know how good it feels to not be depressed and actually feel happy again.

At first I could not go for walks without feeling like I was going to collapse. Now I'm walking for 20 minutes a day and feeling good.

This is amazing. I never expected such good results.

This has a double effect. The more you move the looser you get the looser you get the more you can move. The more you move the stronger you get the stronger you get the easier it is to move the easier it is to move. You get the picture. Then add some weight to your walking and get even stronger.

Good luck

I too went for years undiagnosed with progressive impairments. Was not at all unhappy to be diagnosed and discover there were meds that could help. A lot. Carry on!
