You never know what tomorrow will bring. And a update on my new home.

My former next door neighbor of 33 years came to check out my new barndominium yesterday. He turned around and showed me the 60 or so staples holding his scalp together. Last week he went to the er for some reason he did not tell why but they found a tumor on his brain. I was shocked i had just seen him about two weeks ago and he had no complaints about how he felt. They have not determine what type of cancer it is or what steps to take to control it. This man is 68 years old worked out several times a week rode his bike a few times a week also. He goes line dancing a couple times a week. He lives a healthy life style. So hug your friends and family and tell them you love them. For tomorrow may not be there. He has seen me struggle and deal with my PD for over 10 years but i did not know how well he had. He must have been watching a lot. He tore my heart out when he told me i inspired him to go on with his life and to not let this thing he is going through to control him. I told him about my PD two years after i found out i had it. He saw how i worked around the house almost every day. He would always say something about how well i was doing. And i would rarely complain about my PD. I would just say i am grateful that i only have PD. If i had any other health problem i would not be able to cope. My wife has it worst than me. She has a head ache for over 50 years. Some days it is mild some days like yesterday when she could barely cope with it. Yesterday it started when a lady walked by that smelled like she had taken a bath in her perfume. Her head instantly began to pound and has not stopped yet. I will take PD over that any day. Gasoline does the same thing to her.

The image is my new kitchen island. I just finish laying the tile about a hour ago. I go up at 1:30 this morning and began it. All i need to do is grout it on then on to the kitchen counter tops.

There is always someone , comes along that is worse off and any self pity party is ruined.

Are you going to cover the stones in two part epoxy ?

You have accomplished a lot! Life can bring unexpected surprises, so we need to take one day at a time, and you set a good example of what one can get done, in spite of obstacles that may hinder one's plans.

In regards to your wife and her MCS with headaches. Most women are high in copper and it can cause terrible headaches and MCS. It took me 2 years to increase my zinc up to 35 mg per day. Zinc helps the body to dump the copper. As the body dumps copper, you detox which can be unpleasant. I feel so much better now and my MCS is tolerable but my copper is still very high and I have a lot more copper dumping to do. I also worked on increasing my molybdenum up to 500mcg per day. Sometimes I take 1 mg of molybdenum if I am going to be in close contact with people like on an airplane or in the mall. The molybdenum really helps with the MCS. If she can tolerate milk thistle that will help her liver with the detox. I will pray for both of you.

1g molybdenum?? Is that right?

in reply toLAJ12345

I meant 1mg or 1000 mcg. I need to add a bit more info. It is preferable to have a blood test to check your mineral levels. Doctors Data has a Comprehensive Blood Elements profile that tests for 28 different minerals inside and outside of the cell. With that said, many of us cannot afford 300.00 for a blood test. Always take molybdenum away from iron if possible. I also have candida in my gi tract from years of antibiotic use. I have no outward signs of candida just in my gut. Candida produces Acetaldehyde and Molybdenum is chemically responsible for breaking down acetaldehyde into acetic acid. Acetaldehyde cannot be excreted from the body; it accumulates. Acetic acid can be, though, and the body naturally removes it or changes it into acetyl coenzyme A, a major player in the body's energy system. Acetaldehyde accumulations in tissue are responsible for weakness in muscles, irritation, and PAIN."

Google molybdenum for MCS or click link below and see many posts

Lastly, I take 2 grams of arginine daily which produces Nitric oxide. NO is a powerful neurotransmitter that helps blood vessels relax and also improves circulation. When taking high doses of arginine, you need to balance it with some lysine. Arginine is an antibacterial but makes the body more prone to viruses. Taking lysine with arginine allows anti-bacterial activity to be enhanced without reducing antiviral activity.

1000mcg is 1 mg not 1 g.😊

I don’t think it comes in 1 g tablets!

in reply toLAJ12345

OMG. Autocorrect got me again. So sorry. Yes, 1 mg not 1gram.

in reply toLAJ12345

Thankfully I can edit my responses above. :)

😊 just didn’t want anyone to attempt 1000 of the 1000mcg!

Yes , life is short and too beautiful to carry on unpleasant experiences .

So impressed by what you have achieved, Bailey. Congrats. Very sad about your neighbour, though. I wonder whether he's been told to avoid sugar in any form (anything that turns into sugar), even high-sugar fruit, as cancer feeds on sugar.

Beautiful work,Bailey! You are always such an inspiration! Thanks for sharing the sad story about your neighbor. Hope your wife can get some relief! Bad headaches all the time are debilitating. With what I've been through, I'm thankful for each day, and try to do something for somebody each day. It helps me to feel more productive and like I'm helping, rather than think about my own medical problems. Reaching out to others has rewards for one's own wellbeing.
