I have been reading details of the Parkinsons Wellness Movement and was wondering whether there is anything similar in the UK? It seems to offer a varied programme with something for everyone.

Hi Court,

If you have a local PD nurse, or social services .. They have lots of ideas for the PD patient,.

You can also get physio at you're local hospital.

Not sure if you participate on social media, but Facebook

Parkinson's UK have a Firum on there,

With plenty of links to wellness and movement sites.

You can also look on Parkinson'sUK web Site for lots of info for patients and carers of PD.

There's plenty of help and support out there

Just have to search

This is the European Parkinsons therapy centre in Italy think it's what you may be looking for.

We are going in September for a week.
