Some of my research has led me to look at C B D's for example charlotte's web cbd oil. If you talk to a Doctor specializing in medical marijuana they would recommend a 1to1 ratio of C B D to H T C in coconut oil. Is there anybody who has insight into the science
of medical cannabis . Side effects, problems or praises.
CBD's? Charlotte’s Web ™ (CW Botanicals) Hemp Extract? It looks interesting maybe others have tried it? I have also read or heard about glutathione, cinnamon and fish oil as well. Any insights on that?
I am looking for something to reduce anxiety and the pain that accompanies it.

I tried it last year. That is before I started treatment for anxiety. It had about a month of positive effects but I started taking 300mg a day with no effect. It did however help me to quit self medicating with alcohol.

I am now on 150 mg of sertraline and 3 alprazalams at 0.25 mg a day. Believe it or not I go through my day without getting sleepy at all. I do not like taking CBD oil orally because you have to wait an hour before it kicks in so you don't know if it was the right amount.I see now that Charlotte's Web now comes in a vape pen. It is my understanding that instead of 60 min it now will take about 5 min to see if you need more. Since THC can make anxiety worst I am only interested in the relaxation and not the buzz. I am looking for something to take only when I need it, not daily. An aspirin for the occasional head ache lets say.
If you read some of my posts I've been using cbd oil for almost 2 years. It definitely helps. There are cannibinoid receptors in our body everywhere. It's not legal here yet but I'm pretty sure the thc I even more helpful. But Meds would have to adjusted at least for me. The website theroc.us is a great source for info. It is the Stanley brothers site. The brothers who saved the little girl with more than 300 seizures a week or day I can't remember.

"The cannabinoids are found to have particular application as neuroprotectants, for example in limiting neurological damage following ischemic insults, such as stroke and trauma, or in the treatment of neurodegenerative diseases, such as Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson's disease and HIV dementia. "
