I had googled Parkinson Disease and gluten free diet. There seems to be some correlation between the two. Some said that the gluten free diet t improved their Parkinson symptoms although nothing is proven. Does anyone have any experience with this?

I recently was gluten free w/ no good results

Me too.. I just got more constipated. However, LOW FODMAPS which includes glutenous foods, works for me. One piece of bread instead of two. etc. I have visceral off and IBS and too much glutenous foods i.e. pasta sets me off.
Everyone is different. I tried the gluten free diet for 2 months. It did not help me at all. No changes.
But like I said, everyone is different.
