Anyone tried requip modutab for Parkinson's?

DK what the modutab is. I hubby takes a 8 mg extended release requip (generic equivalent) just before he goes to bed. It helps him turn over in the night and get out of bed in the A.M.

I think the Impulse control disorder side effects are well documented now but still consultants are not always sufficiently blunt about them at consultation. However, by no means does everybody suffer from them, especially at the lower doses and they can work wonders.

Would you be replacing the standard three doses a day with the modutab? I am not sure what the modutab is but perhaps you already know if you have experienced any side effects from the normal requip?
