I have restless leg syndrome, my neuro put me on clonazopan for it, its the only thing that's helped.

I use a two supplements: Mucuna and Neuroprotek. Mucuna is velvet bean and helps increase dopamine. Neuroprotek is a proprietary blend of high dose antioxidants

1... scalding hot bath soaking right before bed. Get right into bed to sleep after the hot bath.

2. Gabapentin (neurontin) RX really helps a lot.

3. A strong RX sleeping pill to knock out your busy legs and along with getting some sleep.

For my partner, the homeopathic remedy Zincum metallicum worked. There are a number of different homeopathic remedies for the problem -- suggest finding a homeopath to find out which might be best for you, and you may find other symptoms might be ameliorated too.

can u remember what strength u used?

Thanks. I must be difficiult. Have done it all and it stops working after a short while or side effects are too much. Had 4 months of relief with last trial of a specific cannabinoid tincture of THCV. Back to trial of Mirepex but a lower dose.
