I like saying "There are no Glutens in Pepsi", but it occurred to me today that most Pepsi has corn syrup. I knew that corn syrup was bad for a number of reasons, but it just hit me that Corn has lectins and therefor soft drinks with corn syrup have corn and therefor have lectins!
For some reason you just don't expect to get lectins from a fountain pop.
So... sugar is bad, but corn syrup is way worse, AND corn syrup has lectins.
It makes me wonder whether the incredible rise in disease in America is due to corn syrup, but not from the corn syrupy issues we have heard about, but due to the flood of lectins people are getting?
BTW: I am off lectins.
But I am back on Pepsi (but only if it is made with real sugar)
