I use prescription "Voltaren Gel which helps sometimes. However you should determine the cause for your pain. In my case it could be a slipped disc or Arthritis.or maybe a symptom of PD>
I have had compressed discs that played havoc in the past. Decompressing the spine and plenty of water works very well.
A few simple floor exercises sites.google.com/site/beaux...
A good physiotherapist specialising in sport injuries may be of help too.
My husband gets back pain when his meds need adjusting. Then it goes away.
This is common in ipd and usually requires an increase in oral dopamine as well as physiotherapy. As ipd is often unilateral at diagnosis it causes poor posture and stress on the unaffective site. Nothing will show onmri as it is a chemical in balance of damine
I also get bad back ace can't sit up wen wake at times my consultant sending me for scan I get neckache and sometimes bad heads but nadolol helps my head
My wife who has PD and therefore some significant posture and stiffness problems now uses the "Ab Lounger." She loves it because it allows here to arch here back (extension i think it is called) with this machine (although is primarily sold for comfortable sit-ups and I love it for that! So much better than doing them on the hard floor or even a mat). Not sure if it would help with hip pain, but worth trying. Any movement and/or stretching seems to help my wife with her back pain and general flexibility. Here's a link to the one we have:
