Has anyone tried a pain management clinic? My PCP wants me to go.....

My PD hubby has received resutls from injections and some gel applications. His pain is located in lower back (which the pain has been reduced 70+%) and the mid back is currently being treated. It is worth a try, hope it works for you.

Tens machines are quite good

Tens are great unless the patient has a pacemaker.

i did in the beginning and my dr at that time wanted to put me on all kinds of pain pills. didnt like that, probably just the dr i went too. i do botox injections now for stiffness and pain and it helps head aches.. i can get the injections every 3 months and it helps more that anything else ive tried..
