After my last blog a number of people said they would be interest in something along these lines. As my expertise with commuters is confined to pressing buttons, I passed the information on to Healthunlocked. Below is the reply I received today:

Unfortunately we don't have a community at the moment which caters exclusively to night owls. For the moment it might be best to start your post title with Night Owls or tag your post with night owls.

OK court now what do we have to do? cause i think it is ssuch a good idea
'what they sugguested is pretty easy just go back to first post and make a group and when u want to get us together just send a notice to our message box on home page] it worth a try
When I wrote my blog, I was not sleeping at all well. Getting up during the night and reading my messages. No good when 3 days a week I have to go to my daughter's for 6.30 a.m. to see to my grandaughter for school And no, I cannot catch naps during the day.
After reading this site I realised that some nights I was going at least 10 hours from my last tablet of the day, to my first of the morning. So I have started taking one in the night and at the moment it seems to be helping. Don't expect it to last.
At the moment, I am probably not the right person to be running this site, although I still support the idea and will help as much as I can. Sure I will be using it before long.
