Yes.I do have. In the morning and in the evening when the medication doesn´t work, my muscles just lock and my feet don¨t work either. So it´s difficult to move. My knees are aching ,too
Oh, yes. Terrible. Osteoarthritis and it's agravated by my listing toward the left for years. Don't you think our whole bodies are thrown off by this condition?
My lower back has spasms, my legs hurt and I can't hardly move. Those wacky moves beat us up. Have you noticed that music triggers uncontrollable movement?
I start dancing in my chair and also if I'm up and about.
Yes, I experience this as well. Sometimes I can't move at all and I just lay in bed. Then I tried to call my wife and could not call her. Finally I just groaned loudly twice and she heard me. It was a strange and "frightful" experience. Dennis
Yes lock down spasms in the Lumbar regions.
Yes, and it's getting progressively worse. At times it feels like it's from my kidney. Then other times it feels like it's radiating from my L5 vertebrae in the middle my back. I also get a wrenching spasm in my right lower back. I too have "freezing" that is exemplified by the pain. My feet just won't move in my entire leg tremors when I try to move them.
ivve had back problems for years (im aretired builder) but lateley this weekend in fact its got alot worse i thought it was my hip playing up but its atrapped nerve didnt think it wasthe pd
Hi I'm new to this forum but have any of you had Conductive Education and have you heard of the Peto institute Hungry , which was set up in the 1940's.
It is a way of life so have a look on the internet about it.
It is a method of educating the conductors in your brain into using different techniques. for instance. If you show your muscles how to work correctly by over exaggerating the way it was meant to move, ensuring you move your affected side in sequence, the muscles remember after you have shown them how they should work instinctively instead of waiting for a signal.
I have no use of a wheel chair for my walking albeit fatigue can sometimes get the better of me.
Yes, but I have had several lumbar compression fractures when in 20's .
Yes I do have lower pain whenever I have pushed my body too hard. My brain doesn't seem to understand yet that I must live by new rules, a "new Normal". A few minutes of ice applied to the affected area and pain calms down.
