I have suffered with oesteo arthritis since 1995 in the legs and knees some Good days mostly bad I'm not allow to take ibuprofen because of a gastric problem does anyone know what other products there are that don't contain ibuprofen

I have found aldi s own paracetamol extra far better than the cocodemols high strength off my doctor so sticking with them from now on. I used to take 8 a day cocodemols high strength useless and now I only take one in the morning and one before bed of the aldi paracetamol and almost pain free overnight

There are loads of similar products but all non-steroidal anti-inflammatories can harm the stomach. The kindest is Naproxen apparently but is only intended for short-term use. Otherwise, one has to rely on paracetamol, very safe at normal dose rates.

My doctor advised cycling, and it worked well for me, in 15 years I've hardly had any problems. (Just my hands now)
