Turmeric

I have OA in my neck with trapped nerves there also, I'm usually in a lot of pain. In do stretches everyday that help some but recently I have started to drink two cups of Turmeric tea per day and now I am almost pain free, it's amazing.

I researched about it before I used it and it turns out that it helps a lot of people with their pain, it's a natural pain killer.

One thing negative that I read is it can't be taken I you are on medicines for blood thinning, wharpharin etc.

It might be worth a try for some of you.

I use raw turmeric and ginger when I do my daily juices. It gets the job done for sure.

I’ve gained a lot of knowledge from this brother about natural medicine. Check him out when you have time.
