Hello please can anyone advise I have been given pain killers with a built in gastric tablet and codeine for night time. I will be starting physio therapy. I thought I had Rheumatoid Arthritis but the gave this myofasciales syndrome diagnosis in Shoulders, elbows, hands. Thanks
