Shifting pain
Have you seen a rheumatolgist as yet and started on any medication? That is the first step. Hypothyrodism is very common and is easily managed by thyroid pills
The medications for RA take awhile to start to work and to relieve pain. You can try nonsteroidal drugs with MD approval but we don't know what you are taking now. Heat/ cold to affected joints/ diet can play a role in inflammation. stay in contact with your doctor and read up on the disease to be better informed on managing the disease . It is best to exercise as tolerated / keep moving
Thnks sir....pls suggest some exercise and food which is favorable for me.
any exercise you can tolerate--goal is to keep the joints moving but don't overstress them if in severe pain and they are swollen. Walking is great/ lots of people prefer swimming which is easy on joints. I dont like it/ Also yoga and tai chi are also on the list of suggestions for RA
Diet is another variable. Try a 'google' search on anti inflammatory diet and foods to avoid with RA. Some report success following a strict diet. Maybe someone else could make suggestions too. B/C I am not that strict with diet. I avoid junk foods, heavily processed foods, cut way back on gluten foods, and don't eat read meat
I hope you are in less pain than when you first wrote on this forum
