I feel your pain. Some days I have the same pain. Especially laying in bed. The wee hours of the morning are the worse. Back, shoulders, arms, neck even back of my head. Prior to finally being diagnosed, I had a portable toilet next to my bed because I couldn't make it to the bathroom the pain was so bad. Now I'm on mtx and humera. My biggest issue right now is inflammation in my lungs. I learned to keep moving and live with the aches and pains. It does get better.

Has anyone tried medical marijuana. I was on a pain doctors website which many people I know rave about her. Her name is Michelle Weiner in Miami

My husband brought this up just last night. I am also curious about it. It's getting humid here in Chicago and my pain is more severe. Too much gardening over the weekend. : (

I have tried Emu420, which is a CBD oil , which you can put on painful spots with some relief. Doesn't get you high. Also tried CBD oil tincture under the tongue. Here's an article from the NIH (very reputable) about how cannabinoids actually directly affect the immune system as anti-inflammatories.

I've tried Dr. Raw tincture and also Superior CBD oil. None of them gets you high, very low THC. Not totally sold on the last two I mentioned... but I have noticed immed effect from Emu420. Good luck! Btw, CBD oil is legally sold on the Internet because it doesn't have enough THC to be illegal anywhere. But some people in my state (CA) have said the CBD oil I got doesn't have enough THC to be as effective as it could be for pain. I'm still trying to figure it all out. Lots of options out there!

Hello, I'm so sorry that you are in so much pain. I too feel pain in my bones, my lower arms and shins. Please call your doctor and see if you can take something in addition to the medicine you are on for your pain. I have been taking Terry Naturally Curamin Extra Strength with food 3 times a day. It is a holistic supplement and has helped many of my friends and relatives. I also take 500mg rapid release generic Tylenol. Do check with your doctor before taking anything. I hope you feel better soon. Do keep walking! Take care, Penny
