looking for an entry medication for Crohn’s. Taken Pentasa & low dose LDN, apparently need to make a change. Symptoms have been relatively minimal but stricture has worsened. Especially interested in any thoughts re. Cimza (certolizumab). Thanks!

What is your Consultant suggesting? There are so many Anti-inflammatory drugs on the go it depends were you live. I am in Scotland. I have been on infliximab infusions for the last 6 years and not had any flair ups.
