one flare up after another

whenever i use my prednisolone foam for a few days, things seem to settle. But then im back to square one, going to the loo every 20 minutes and not doing much then start feeling pressure again. Finished one of the iron meds but still really tired and legs ache so much. This and neuro issues as well, its all getting me down as ive never really had any problems apart from a TIA in 2013. These health issues started January 2021 after covid isolation ended. Even my neurologist has said covid has triggered something in me.

Has anyone else had problems after covid?

It sounds like you need to get in touch with your IBD team who may put you on oral steroids, possibly prednisolone.

Good luck.

I used prednisolone foam many years ago basically as treatment for mini-flare ups or maintenance of the condition, but when the symptoms became worse it was back to the IBD consultant and usually a course of oral prednisolone settled things down.
