Has anyone been on the Vedolizumab injections? I started them 3 weeks ago and each time I have to inject myself it hurts like a b*tch. I have the adulimimab ones before and they just stung a little but these ones are really sore and causing my skin to bruise and lump. Any suggestions on how to ease the injection process

Hi, it can hurt more in certain areas. I find injections in my thigh is more painful than stomach. It can help by removing injection from fridge 10 mins before using it.
Try and relax, injecting into tense tissues will slow down absorption rate.
If really bad try some local anaesthetic cream but apply 10 mins before injecting.
Hope that helps x
