Nope, not a one, been there & tried that too many times.
Yogurt with probiotics did for me. I know it is not a cure and everyone is different but after about two weeks it had made a huge difference for me. Don’t substitute it for your doctor’s recommendations but take it in conjunction. If it doesn’t help you you are not out anything and if it does as it did for me that is great.
