I’ve been for multiple check ups had stools done numerous times (fit test) check blood in stools had 3 colonoscopys 1 top and tail had a few sigmoidoscopy had the pill camera last week awaiting results and got dieticians but any time I eat no matter what it is comes out within an hour so seems pointless dieticians as I’ve tried everything online with dietary and nothing has helped every symptom I get is related to either Crohns or colitis

At least you don’t have blood in stools and most probably it is IBD
