Does anyone have an idea of what the identity of this parasite could be?

I've never seen anything like this before. They are very thin, about 20-40 millimetres in lenght, turn brown after drying and they don't move. I'm vegan.

Looks a bit like tapeworm.

You need to get tests done and treated if they are parasites, no point in guess work.

All my stool tests came back negative. I don't know what's going on.

If you still feel like something is wrong, then go to another doctor and get it checked again. Always trust your instinct when it tells you something is wrong.

Why do you think it is a parasite?I have been passing what I guess to be mucous, however it is so thick it looks like parts of my intestines are coming away.

I’m having a CT colonography on the 29th. I have been so unwell for 4 months now and can’t pass anything solid at all so have to take 5 laxido, 3 docusate sodium and a microlax enima each day to make sure everything stays liquified, however I am still passing huge amounts of thick stringy mucous.
