Constantly tired

I know a lot of us will feel tired and fed up etc but at the moment I’m constantly tired. Feel lethargic most of the time and can’t find anything to help kick this feeling.

I have 3 children 2,6&8 I know they can make me feel tired but currently I feel I could sit down and sleep for weeks. Has anyone found any vitamins or anything that helps kick this feeling all the time? I take multi vitamins and iron tablets aswell as my colitis meds (I’m guessing it’s them making me feel this way.)

I eat reasonably healthy but feel maybe I might be missing something there?? I really don’t know.

I’m 7 weeks diagnosed so trial and error with meds at the moment. Can anyone please help kick this feeling??

I am low on B12 (had a test) so needed injections, also very low on Vit D, not outside enough for sunshine, so take a supplement. Still get fatigued sometimes, usually when food going through too quickly and loosing too much fluid, so have a Dioralyte solution, if this is the problem. Sometimes it is just I have had too many snacks/food with sugar in (fruit and chocolate) just need a bit of salt, will eat a banana for the potassium and then something like cheese or crisps with salt in.
