I was diagnosed with crohn’s 12 years ago. I’m under a gastro consultant if/when I have a bowel flare up, but if I get crohn’s in joints or mouth etc I have to see other consultants.
My “gripe” is that there are no crohn’s or UC consultants who take full responsibility for the complete disease. I get passed from pillar to post and hear about inter department funding (which is not my problem). I just want to be fixed and have a better quality of life.
Good morning, I'm dealing with the unfortunate sores and sour mouth, throat and tongue as we speak 
My Gastro doctor has ordered me the nystatin swish and swallow which does help but seems to take time. I have " reactive I arthritis" due to chrons and my joints ache and hurt alot! I am currently on plaqunil for that (new to me so not sure if helping or not). I understand your struggle completely.
