my illness is active, I had many symptoms, and my doctor prescribed me antibiotics for 30 days, there were 2 different types of antibiotics, I took omeprazole before eating, I ate and then I took the medicine at the right time. but after 2 weeks of taking them, even taking omeprazole, I felt a burning from the beginning of my chest to the end of my gut, was Unbearable, I could no longer eat right, I lost 6 pounds in that period. So I stopped taking the antibiotics, I prefer the symptom of the disease than the side effects of the antibiotic. And in the first few days I stopped taking the antibiotics I felt very good, I was even without the symptoms of the disease, I am better than before, but now my intestine is very stuck ( not regular) and gives me horrible pain that can't stand. Should I worry?

I'm sorry for my English, I'm from Brazil, and my English is bad.
