Help need advice

Hi guys I'm really stressing I was diagnosed with IBS 5 years ago then last year I was diagnosed with aih I was put on cellcept meds in Jan this year and what I thought was the meds were flaring my IBS fast forward to may bad tummy water infection again in July still have bad tummy so my doctor asked for a stool sample that's came back abnormal and I've been told I need to see a gastro but my tummy is still in bits I have hard stools so I've been using laxtiveswhich the doctor gave me I've never had blood but what I do get is mucus I'm scared it might be cancer I have lost weight too x
