should I be feeling much better? My mood swings seem to have stabilised, but I'm still having quite bad back ach until I've emptied my bowels and I'm still very tired and am waking up with a head ach, which stays with me until later in the day. I'm supposed to be going back to work after having a month off. I'm worried won't be fit enough to go back.

it can take up to 12 weeks to get to therapeutic levels so may take a few more weeks before you feel the benefits. Also your bowels will take a while to heal after the inflammation and ulceration of a flare up x
