Today I tackled Stamina. I've attempted this one before, by mistake, due to a complex itunes mix-up, but this time I did it on purpose. I am pleased to report that it IS possible to keep up with the relentless 1-2-3-4 at 160 bpm for 20 mins, although not easy, and after about 5 mins of a v optimistic running gait I returned to my more usual fast shuffle! Anyway, 4.2km in 35 mins. I'll take it thanks and the ankle and knee are not complaining at all (yet), which I take to be a good sign!
Onwards and upwards. 5km park run in less than 40 mins by the end of November? What do you think?
