Always thought i'd never be able to run but would say to anyone in week 1 don't give up its a great runung programme.

Totally agree with how good you feel when you've completed a run.

Yay - well done, conquering your fear. I rarely finish anything (apart from where food is concerned!) and I made it to the end. You can definitely do it, one podcast at a time! Good luck :-)

Well done you! I used to get really nervous early on in the programme and used to dread Laura saying my warm up walk was over and it was time to run!

Your confidence will grow as you progress. Trust the programme it really works. Each week you will amaze yourself with what you and your body can achieve! :)

Find it really funny it's as if Laura knows when your thinking - must be near the end now please - and her voice comes in telling you to slow down MAGIC
