Sorry not used them, they seem quite expensive so the price put me off. Bought glucosamine 600mg for my joints which I take every day. Bought 90 ( 1 a day) from sainsburys for about £6.

I bought glucosamine gel to rub on my fingers which get a bit achey in winter (old age) cost me 1p from H&B cos I was buying cod liver oil for hubby and both were in their 1 penny sale.
