Hi all, not running today but went hill walking in Devon, surprised myself did 6.3Km. It was a lovely sunny morning but very windy. Started walking along coastal path, there were black sheep in the fields and the view with the sea behind them was lovely (see pic). What really pleased me was the way I coped with the steep hills, I know it was walking but the running has really helped my stamina. Hope to do another walk on Thursday. Pat

well done you, went walking today too. Just managed 5.3km, weather was raining and really cold.
Lovely to see the photo Sounds like you are having fun. It has been windy here today, but not as bad as 25 years ago!
