I havnt been out running for over a week for one thing and another but I want to know is I feel I need to find some strength exercies for my legs so they dont feel soooo heavy when im running, In have different things to use at home fitness wise, not machines though, any ideas what ones are the best to do in between running.

Can you get to a zumba class or aqua gym, aerobics. Skipping is very good but seriously hard work. These would all build up strength and stamina and also help with leg muscles. Pilates is also good to help with overall body toning and fitness.

Laura's strength and flexibility podcasts? They're good, I have been doing them on non-run days. I don't do them outside though, would feel too self-conscious.
