Inspiring yes but to be a wet blanket it doesn't work when you're running to time rather than distance :(

Its still 25 LONG minutes but probably a lot further

Sorry for being a misery but I'm not having much success with my running recently. I'll try to be more positive promise

Hi Skandia, don't worry about it, we all face times when it all gets too much and repeating runs seems to be the only thing we do. I'm only on Week 4, but Week 2 was terrible for me! I took me 2 weeks to do week 2, and I almost gave up, but thanks to the great support from this community I'm back on track. All I can say is, however many weeks/runs you have to repeat, just think of it as steps to the glorious day when you WILL graduate!
