I have finished my first 2 jogs of week 1, has been fine, I found them a little more challenging than I thought I would but I have moved from a different plan to the NHS one which is has more 60 seconds jogs to begin with!
But I am going to a spa today (very excited!) so I thought I could do my week1 run 3 in the gym there, but having always run outside (including my failed up the week6 try before) I'm not sure if it'll be completely different or not?
Little experience or suggestions would be appreciated! Thanks!

I used to use treadmills once a week as part of fitness training when I played hockey, I enjoyed the change from runing around the pitch, it's more comfortable and you can use the incline selection to immitate hills, make it more challenging and such ... as no outdoor run is going to be lovely and flat. I have read on here a few people use treadmills and outdoors. I would think it would make a nice change and intregrate running with a relaxing spa day Enjoy!
I think running indoors is a little easier as it is flat. No hills to make you work hard (unless you program the machine) and no broken pavement to make you feel like you're going to break your ankle.
I prefer it (probably because I am lazy!!!! and/or have access to Nike + iPod machines and can watch TV!), but I know others swear by being outside. I live in London though, and worry more about falling outside.
I do in more than I do out, but I do mix it up a bit to make sure I can do it!
