As soon as I got home after a fun filled and calorie laden (!) weekend, I dumped my bags and got W5R1 out of the way.
It wasn't my best, or my worst ever run, but, by damned it was hard! Chuffed I kept going and had a little in reserve, hopefully for Fridays big run. You know, the one that we don't like to talk about!
I'm going to have a little rest now and pump some much needed water into me! I'm not looking forward to tomorrows weigh in. Oooops!
Roll on Wednesday!

Oh its such a struggle after eating too much junk isn't it?
I thought I could eat horrendously bad but still succeed at W5R3 - Doh!
I felt so sluggish and gave up.
Well done on W5R1 and I did, finally, this morning complete W5R3 (2nd attempt - 2 weeks later) -WOW what an amazing feeling. My smile got bigger the more time that went by. Woo Hoo
