Hi runners,

Just a quick note to say sorry to all of the new graduates who've been asking ever so politely for their badges in the last week. I've been on leave enjoying the torrential downpours in Devon so have just got round to dealing with all your requests. I think I've covered them all but if not, let me know and I'll sort out your badge.

Hi John. Please can I have a brand new, shiny graduate badge. I did my final wk 9 run last Friday. Thank you NHS Couch to 5K (and Laura). I am so proud of myself and all my fellow graduates. I feel so much fitter and healthy than I did nine weeks ago. I intend to carry on with the 5k+ podcasts. Thank you to the whole team who put this programme together. x
