started week 1 after 2nd run(friday) pulled hamstring, doing stretches, still aching, when can I resume, should I start at beginning again?

I would restart when your leg feels ok again. I would just carry on onto Run 3 and then week 2. You build strength with every run especially at the beginning. I found week 1 very difficult but week 2 less so. Have fun.
