I found something similar. I found w2r1 okish, r2 a bit harder & r3 hardest of all - but I did it. And today did w3r1 which I'd been really nervous about since I felt I'd just scraped thru' w2r3 - and it was fine. I just think some days you have good runs, other days are harder - often for no reason - and the main thing as Laura says is to keep going. That way you build up your stamina and become more resilient and can deal with different times, temperature etc. So I dont think you've hit a wall, you're just becoming a runner!
What Jenniej said! Just keep at it and your persistance will pay off. I did week 3 about 5 times until i felt i was comfortable enough with it to move to week 4 x
